Mat Classes

Come and join me for a mindful full-body workout rooted in the principles of Pilates.
Using your own body and simple props, we’ll move through thoughtfully designed sequences that blend mobility and control. With a focus on breath, alignment, and awareness, each class supports a deeper connection between body and mind.

These classes are suitable for all levels.

Studio Classes

In a studio class we work with the Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Tower, or Chair to support and challenge your movement in new ways. Each session is designed to meet you where you are. Studio classes are a wonderful way to deepen your Pilates practice and your understanding of the exercises.

Pre and Post Natal Classes

These classes are for mums and mums-to-be. Each session offers supportive movement tailored to the changing needs of pregnancy and the postpartum period.
We focus on strengthening the body for the demands of pregnancy, preparing for birth, and supporting your recovery afterward.
Babies are most definitely welcome.

Join me for special workshops and trainings to gain a deeper understanding of your body and the Pilates method.
