Private Classes

Private sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals. We work with the Reformer, Tower, Barrels, or Chair, and use additional corrective exercises to unlock new movement potentials that will carry over into your other exercises and into your daily life. Whether you are pregnant, postpartum, working on a specific issue or generally want to move and feel better, your private sessions are designed to meet you where you are at.
Group Classes
Mat classes at Doktor Yoga offer a mindful full-body workout, focusing on breath, alignment, and awareness. Using your own body and simple props, we’ll move through thoughtfully designed sequences that blend mobility and control. These classes are suitable for all levels.
In a studio class at New Wave Gym we work with the Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Tower, or Chair to support and challenge your movement in new ways. Studio classes are a wonderful way to deepen your Pilates practice and your understanding of the exercises.
