Studio Classes

In a studio class we work with the Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Tower, or Chair to support and challenge your movement in new ways. Each session is designed to meet you where you are—enhancing strength, mobility, and alignment through guided, intentional exercises.

Pre and Post Natal Classes

These classes are for mums and mums-to-be. Each session offers supportive movement tailored to the changing needs of pregnancy and the postpartum period.
We focus on strengthening the body for the demands of pregnancy, preparing for birth, and supporting your recovery afterward.
And yes—babies are always welcome. 😊
