Service Description

Personalised Pilates sessions to support you through pregnancy and postpartum recovery, with a focus on core strength, pelvic floor function, and overall wellbeing. Each session is tailored to your body and your individual needs. During pregnancy, classes help maintain strength and mobility, improve posture, and ease common discomforts, while also preparing your body for birth. After birth, the focus shifts to gentle recovery; reconnecting with your core and pelvic floor, rebuilding strength, and restoring confidence in movement all the way to preparing you to return to sports. Online sessions offer the flexibility to train from home, making it easier to stay consistent during pregnancy and life with a baby. There’s no need to travel, and you can move at your own pace in a comfortable, supportive environment. As a bonus you will receive a recording with the list of exercises we worked on. That way you can add an extra session between online trainings when you have the time.
