Pilates on the Slopes
While skiing during my winter vacation in the Austrian mountains, I noticed something familiar in the rhythm of my turns: it felt like Pilates. Watching how my body moved on the slopes reminded me why I practice and teach Pilates the way I do. Not for perfect choreography, but to support better movement in real life, on the mat, on the mountain, and everywhere in between.
